Minimum requirement to become a dealer / authorized retail sales location
- That you own or rent a 1/3 – 1/2 acre lot or larger with ability to display minimum 15-20 storage buildings
- Location must be by busy road with at least 15K vehicles per day drive by traffic
- Business license / general liability insurance
- Fully functioning sales office
- Hooked Up Utilities: Water, Sewer, Electric, Internet
- Location must be staffed 40 hours a week including at least 1/2 a day Sat AM hours (9-12)
