Services Terms & Conditions

Prices for services are general and a starting point for the service based on a small shed size under 8x12 10x12 - Services cost will go up based on medium to larger sheds or complexity of the specific job even on small shed sizes! We require photos from customers of the site / shed and quote each job specifically, final quote will require your approval and signature prior to finalization. Some services can be bought before shed purchase, or after shed purchase. Some services require no shed purchase from us at all depending on service type! For each service job performed, Materials, Millage, Labor, or disposal fees will all be calculated and require your approval before purchase. Some services are available within 50-100 miles of our central build shop near Statesville NC. If a service requested is out of our scope of work we have the right to decline the job and or refer the job to other independent contractors better suited for that specific request. Services CAN NOT be added to a rent to own contract, they must be paid for with debit or credit card, or financed through Affirm. Refunds on services purchased before service work has been performed incur a 35% restocking charge for any materials purchased. After work has been performed / materials / labor / mileage rates on completed projects - sales are final and no refunds are available.
