Terms & Conditions

A 10% deposit must be placed to reserve a shed on a No Credit Check Rent-To-Own plan, Cash Sale, or financing plan (credit check required). We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or bank checks. A credit check is required to enroll in a financing plan. We will follow up with the appropriate paperwork after a 10% deposit has been received. All deposits and documentation must be completed and signed within 48 hours to finalize the sale. Balances for cash sales are must be paid on delivery at installation. Rent-To-Own Payments / Installment plan payments are due 30 days after delivery.

A 10% deposit will reserve this shed for 48 hours. Site access must be confirmed for this building to be brought out fully assembled. Narrow fences, trees, or other obstacles must be removed from the site access.  Official sales documents must be completed and signed to finalize the sale (invoice and installation agreement, plus Rental Contract or Finance Agreement if applicable). If payment does not post (rejected credit or debit cards, bounced checks), or a customer is unable to be contacted by phone and email, or site access is not confirmed, or documents are not signed then the sale will be canceled and 10% deposit refunded less a 3% restocking fee.

Delivery And Installation

Site access must be confirmed and ALL payment and documentation information must be completed and signed before delivery. If the customer is unable to be contacted for delivery or only a particular day of the week works for delivery then the delivery time frame may be extended. If the customer’s site is not ready for the shed then the delivery time may be extended. Delivery estimates are weather permitting. Rainy weather will extend delivery times.
